TRIAL DAY FEEDBACK FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

The purpose of this feedback form is to collect vital information about your experiences in helping your children’s learning at home. Questions are asked in various formats: multiple choice, ranking statements and open-ended. Please try to answer all questions as honest as you could, within the contexts of this trial and that is to ensure all Tongan children’s learning will continue despite any school closures. Malo.
